Watchlist Pro assists Trilivy coaches in tracking business performance, estimating compensation, and monitoring organizational activity and growth.
Subscriptions are monthly. Cancel anytime by emailing WatchlistPro@iCloud.com. Cancellation stops future subscription periods. Access continues through the paid period unless ended for a violation of these terms.
Payment is due on the 1st of every month. If payment is not received by the 7th of the month, access to Watchlist Pro will be suspended until payment is received.
Payment methods will be provided at enrollment on your invoice which will be emailed to you. Automatic renewal requires your separate consent to recurring charges.
Payments are generally non-refundable once the paid period begins, except as required by law or agreed in writing.
Each Coach ID requires its own subscription. Pricing is based on that Coach ID’s Monthly TGenV.
Pricing is reviewed annually based on TGenV. At least 30 days’ notice will be given before an increase, where feasible and as required by law.
Your subscription is for one Coach ID. Do not share, resell, or transfer it, or provide unauthorized access for other Coach IDs. Protect your login details and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Calculations and projections are estimates for planning only. Results may rely on incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or user-entered data. You are responsible for checking your inputs and results.
Trilivy’s official Compensation Plan and Policies control if there is a discrepancy. Watchlist Pro does not guarantee compensation, rank, bonuses, qualification, or business results.
Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and technical problems may affect access. Features may change or be discontinued.
Do not improperly disclose confidential coach, organization, or business information accessed through Watchlist Pro. You must have permission to submit or access third-party data.
Your Trilivy Connect reports and the business information in them are read by logging into trilivyconnect.com and are stored only on the device you use to access the Watchlist. Watchlist Pro does not receive them. Watchlist Pro keeps only your account details (name, organization, email, phone, Coach ID, TGenV at sign-up, and your agreement to these Terms) and the coach IDs needed to run the service, such as which Watchlist user has already contacted a coach this month.
Access may be suspended or ended for nonpayment, unauthorized account sharing, misuse, or a material violation of these terms. If the service is discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be given when practicable.
When your subscription ends, the Report Collector stops working and no new reports can be collected. Reports already collected stay in your browser until you clear them. Watchlist Pro keeps no copy, so keep your own records.
Watchlist Pro software, designs, calculations, and proprietary materials belong to Franklin Heinrichs. An active subscription gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service. You receive no ownership rights.
Watchlist Pro is independently operated. It is not an official Trilivy compensation reporting system and is not represented as sponsored, endorsed, or supported by Trilivy. Refer to Trilivy’s official compensation and policy documents for any calculations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold Franklin Heinrichs or Sound Advice liable for any omissions, calculation errors, lost compensation, or business decisions made in reliance on Watchlist Pro.
Advance notice of material changes will be given when practicable, including by email. Continued use after revised terms take effect means acceptance only as allowed by law.
